Founded in 1994, CTC Plastics is one of the country’s largest recyclers of post-industrial plastic. We take everyday waste and return it back into the market, helping companies meet their sustainability goals while promoting a green environment.

Karen Pierce

Sales & Marketing Manager

Karen Pierce is the Sales & Marketing Manager for CTC Plastics with over 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, and new business development. Karen has a proven track record of driving increased sales, improving buying experience, and elevating company profile with target market.  She coordinates product development, pricing, sales, marketing information and distribution of products. 

Karen is skilled at developing the right action plan for each customer’s needs. Her in-depth knowledge of what her customer’s need allows her to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. Throughout her career, Karen has earned the trust of several national and international companies and maintained strong customer relationships that generate repeat business. She attributes her success to her ability to listen to the customer and put their needs first.

Victoria Fonseca

Purchaser

Victoria Fonseca does the purchasing of raw materials for CTC Plastics.  In her role, she sources and purchases essential materials for CTC’s operations. Victoria researches raw materials suppliers, compares costs, negotiates purchase and strives to achieve the lowest price for high-quality material.

Vishal Soin

Chairman

Vishal Soin is the Chairman of CTC Plastics. Beginning his career at CTC, he learned business process specifics starting from the product floor through procedure development. Using this innate knowledge of the processes, he has been able to differentiate CTC from its competitors to make it environmentally responsible and client focused on a large scale. He currently serves as President of Soin LLC, CTC’s parent company.  

Soin is Chairman and serves on the Board of Directors for CTC Plastics and Corbus, LLC. In addition, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Ohio Business Roundtable (OBRT). Soin has extensive experience having held several C-level executive positions for companies in aerospace defense and technology industries. Active among various organizations, Mr Soin remains dedicated to healthcare, education and arts of the local community. Mr. Soin gives generously of his time serving and having served on numerous board positions for non-profit organizations to include Chair of the Board of Trustees for Dayton Children’s Hospital and Wright State University.

Jeff Cartmell

Director of Operations

Jeff Cartmell is Director of Operations of CTC Plastics. In this role, he is responsible for all of the operations of the organization's two plastics compounding, and compression molding plants, Jeff manages all systems and processes CTC every single day.  A few of his duties include managing the production schedule, working with vendors, and implementing new company policies. He also ensures that the quality of CTC’s products is consistent. 

Jeff has more than 25+ years of experience in operations. He is responsible for strategizing and developing long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success.

Brendan McHenry

Controller

Brendan McHenry is the Controller for CTC Plastics. In his position, Brendan is responsible for all accounting matters for the Company including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting.

Craig Dixon

CEO & President

Craig Dixon has joined CTC Plastics as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dixon has extensive experience in polymer operations, successfully leading both domestic and international organizations. Vishal Soin, Chairman, said “Craig is the right leader for us at the right time. CTC has renewed focus on our core business of proprietary molded pallets. With his leadership, the company has already embarked on several new and innovative pallet designs to take maximum advantage of new presses, technologies and automation. Craig brings to the business his visionary thinking while executing in a collaborative, team driven manner.”  

As a proven leader within the plastics industry, Mr. Dixon will be responsible for setting and leading the strategic growth plan by driving operational performance as CTC expands its compression molding business.  CTC is committed to adding new, large tonnage presses supported with robotics to deliver greater efficiencies in its current products in addition to supporting additional opportunities.


Dixon joins CTC with over 20 years of plastics manufacturing experience.  He is an engineer/MBA and most recently held a senior position with Intertech Plastics where he managed a large injection molding operation.  CTC is confident that Dixon will be a force in developing and driving CTC Plastics forward in this exciting growth phase of the company.
